Terrible perfomance 12.3.0.493 (SOLVED)

I had problem with this new version of camera raw; crop was terrible, low performance, Optics correction could not find the camera lens and the user Graphics Processor was also empty no card recognized. Etc etc .
after removing the old custom Settings e reinstalling the same version of camera raw, the Graphics Processor is working again.

Wonderful performance now.
