Toggle adjustment brush changes?

Hello, I'm just beginning to familiarize myself with the changes to Camera Raw 12.3 and can't figure out how to toggle just the adjustments made using the Adjustment Brush. In older versions, you could use cmd+option+P (MAC), or use the button on the bottom right of the Camera Raw window. That seems to be missing now? I can still use the P key, but, that toggles ALL adjustments, not just the adjustments made using the currently selected tool.

I can't imagine they would have removed this feature entirely, given how crucial it is to toggle your adjustments on/off to make sure they aren't overly harsh or unnoticeable. Thank you for your time!
