Tools on top of screen no tools in Photoshop 2022

HI,

I saw this Photoshop Raw screen during a tutorial and I see the following screen.

This screen has the tools on the top and on the side.

When I open up min I see this:

There is no tool on the top or side of the screen.

How can I get the tools on the top and screen like the above picture?

In June 2020 the User Interface for Camera Raw changed radically.

The tutorial you viewed was created before the 2020 update.
