Unable to find imported .xmps in 13.1

Hi all, first off, I'm running Mac Big Sur 11.2.1, and both PS 2021 and ACR are up to date, I just double cheked in CC.

I am unable to find the LUTs I imported into ACR.  It's the same method I've used before when installing LUT packs before.  I tried reimporting, and ACR says that it cannot do so because the LUTs are already installed.

Very open to this being user error, but please help stop me from banging my head into a wall.
