Unable to open Camera Raw Images Inside Photoshop

Hello Everyone. I am running Camera Raw 13,  and Bridge Version: 10.1.1.166

I can do all my editing inside the Camera Raw, but when i clik Open with Phososhop,  Photoshop Opens with no images.

Also, Inside Bridge, If I want to open a Image inside Photoshop, Photoshop Opens with no Images

    Try trashing your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings.

    (Mac OS only) Open the Preferences folder in the Library folder, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.

    I did that same problem. should I reinstall and install Photoshop and Bridge
