upgrade camera raw to 9.1

i keep getting this message when I'm trying to transfer images as layers to ps, I'm sure I've got camera raw installed ??

I'm guessing you mean Camera Raw 9.10. This is a known issue acknowledge by Adobe:

Short answer: "Open anyway," and the problem should be fixed in a future update.
