Use Adobe DNG SDK in Darktable, get official confirmation?

I locally integrated Adobe DNG SDK into the open source SW Darktable
(see https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable).
It is done via the Adobe DNG SDK intergation of libraw
(see https://www.libraw.org/).

Before I publish I like to get an official confirmation from Adobe that this is covered by the Adobe DNG SDK license.
Who and how can I ask to get this approval?
