Very strong LAG with Structure Slider

Hello together , 

since a few versions i always have more or less lags with Photoshop/Camera RAW.

The Photoshop lags are better now but for me version 2019 was the most stable one . 

This since a few versions ,  when i use the structure slider i get a really big lag about 20 - 30 seconds , and after that RAW stays laggy .

To a certain update thia also appeared with other sliders , but not anymore . Structure still is unusable . 

I installed a new clean  OS with no Backups + Photoshop but nothing changed .

The issue appeared with older OS and also with  Big SUR .

OS 11.1

Macpro 2013 + 64 BG RAM

3,7 QUAD

Fire PRo D300 2 GB  

I searched the web for some help and played with performance + cache size but nothing helped .

This really is very frustrating for me , does anybody has a trick for me ?
