Adobe technician suggested me to upload the lates Mac update "The Big Sur". Then I fllowed their instructions. I update into big sur which I have fear because Catalina is really a big problem before and ended us to go to the local Mac technician because the problem was not solve. Then I updated my platform, and the ADOBE PREMIER PRO which included in my Adobe Master Collection i bought before is not working anymore. I am more into still photography but sometimes I created motion also but IT IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. Then I uploaded the the latest update of Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Lightroom...the bsic subscription for photographers. Then what I noticed now, because I always take RAW photos, then when I open my files and go through the RAW adjustments IT IS VERY SLOW. It takes 20 seconds buffer. WOWIE...we are on the age where you cannot master yet your software it it becomes obsolete already then as user you will try to update into the latest stuff because it sounds COOL!!! But not really. PLAN OBOSOLESCENCE IS REALLY A COOL STUFF THAT CAPITALIST IS USING....sad reality. To the Mac and Adobe people so fun for them (THE CAPITALISTS) Your stuff guys are really working. Now, photographers are running to buy new computers and use your cool software because it is not working anymore. NO WONDER WHY WE HAVE ALOT OF TRASH IN OUR PLANET EARTH NOWADAYS! WHAT IS NEXT? Message of dissatisdaction from your UNSATISFIED COSTUMER HERE!

Try trashing your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings.

(Mac OS only) Open the Preferences folder in the Library folder, and drag the Adobe Photoshop CS Settings folder to the Trash.

This action only affects the items found in the preferences dialog box. Numerous program settings are stored in the Adobe Photoshop Preferences file, including general display options, file-saving options, performance options, cursor options, transparency options, type options, and options for plug‑ins and scratch disks. Brushes (and lots of other setting) are not affected by the above instructions for deleting preferences. You may wish to make a screen capture of the settings in the Preferences dialog to reset them prior to deleting of this file.
