When entering Crop mode, the system stutters slightly and the image is no longer zoomed out.

Previously when entering the crop mode, the image would slightly zoom out and you could rotate the crop quickly from the side of the image (Landscape) top or bottom for (Portrait orientation).

Since the update, the image is no longer zoomed out making it not possible to quickly get the rotation cursor on the sides (Landscape orientation) or top/bottom for (Portrait orientation).

I’m also noticing there is a short stutter when entering Crop mode,which didn’t exist before the recent Camera Raw Update.

I’m using Camera Raw 18.4.0.2608 in Bridge 16.03.21
