Where can I download the latest version of Adobe DNG Converter?

The Adobe help does not really reply with useful links and answers.

The links on the existing answers always guide me to some kind of 2017 security updates but not to the page where I can download the latest version of DNG Converter.

you can also download mac and win dng converters from v5.2 to v15.2 on adobe's ftp site: ftp://ftp.adobe.com > pub > adobe > dng > mac or ftp://ftp.adobe.com > pub > adobe > dng > win
