why camera raw cant install XMP file like this?

case size file XMP more than 5 KB ?

HOW CAN I ADD THIS PRESETS TO MY CAMERA RAW

I pot it in the SETTING file that contains camera raw presets but camera raw cant see it !!!!!!!!
