Zoom Behavior After Crop ACR 12.3

There needs to be a way for the image zoom to automatically go to "Fit in View" after finalizing a crop.

There is no excuse for how frustrating this change in default behavoir from previous versions without the ability to customize this behavior.

• Command + 0 (Mac) | Control + 0 (Win) will fit the image within the preview area (Fit In View).
