I was just using the default output at matching bitrate. The most recent versions of the betas, whatever those are. DL'd them today. I wound up using a work around and got it to work. I had to re-import the audio, and put it on multiple layers for some reason.

Thank you for the replay.

Can you check the build numbers appear in “About” dialog?

Mac:

Character (Beta) -> About Character Animator…

Media Encoder (Beta) -> About Adobe Media Encoder…

Win:

Help -> About Character Animator…

Help -> Media Encoder (Beta) -> About Adobe Media Encoder…

What is OS/verion you are using?

Is audio in the CH Scene played back correctly?

What is the duration of audio file you had the problem?

What is the format of the audio file?

I would like to check the same versions/OS you are on, first.

If I could not repeat the problem here, I would like to ask you more information to repeat.

Thanks,

Keiko

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Q1: What are the version of Character Animator and Media Encoder that have this problem?

Also, what is the OS versions?

Q2: What is the Media Encoder preset you used?

Could you share the project which has this problem?

Thanks,

Keiko
