The Windows version of this plug in should be considered a “beta,” and is provided as-is. Adobe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

This is good timing, because I just had an announcement on Friday!
I don't think the Windows version of the debugger remained in beta indefinitely...

If you use the ExtendScript Debugger plugin for Visual Studio code, we have big news: version 2.0 is coming soon! You’ll be able to try out a prerelease in the coming months by signing up for our Creative Cloud Developer Prerelease. More details are available now in the prerelease forum.
