Can't get browser debugger to work for CEP extension.

Hi, 

I'm currently developing extensions for Photoshop and Illustrator with CEP. For some reason I can't get the browser debugger to work. I've followed the steps in the documents, changed the reggistry to enable debugging, made sure the manifest is correct as well as the .debug file.

I've placed my extension at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\my-extension" for development. 

So going to localhost:8088 on my browser (Chrome and new Edge) when I run Photoshop and the extension does nothing. 

Am I missing any steps?
