Question

Code for converting multiple MOV files to MP4 in ffmpeg?

Does anyone know any adobe programs that can convert MOV files to MP4 files like ffmpeg can do?

I am trying to open my Iphone 5s files to put them into Premiere but they're just going out of sync (they opened in Premiere fine last year, maybe it's they're updated version?)

I tried Prelude but it seems to just turn them into an obscure smaller format that doesn't work.

Or does anyone know a clear ffmpeg code that to convert MOV to MP4?

Cheers

Do you have Adobe Media Encoder?

    1. STEP 1: Load a Video File into the Adobe Media Encoder Queue. Click the “+” button in the queue panel to add your video to the queue. ...
    2. STEP 2: Choose a file format. ...
    3. STEP 3: Choose a Quality Preset. ...
    4. STEP 4: Choose Location to Save File. ...
    5. STEP 5: Start Converting the Queue.

Hi Nancy O, thank you very much for the reply.

I tried Media Composer, but when i encode them i end up with files that don't work or don't even open. I think it might be the Preset or Format.

I want to convert from mov to mp4 because mp4 is working in Premiere. Or any other format that will definitely work in Premiere is just as good.

Ffmpeg works really well but doing multiple small files is incredibly time consuming.

Do you know any presets for Media Encoder that will work in Premiere?

    Thank you,

    Tony
