retrieve cc library contents

Is there anyway to access the creative cloud library panel and a list of its contents relative to the file opened (assuming the file has an existing library associated)?

    If you have access to the library then this should be automatic. Here's a screenshot of a PSD I was given in PS with a library associated with it. I was specifically given access to the library, which is different for every PSD I'm given. I can however speed things up and create a new library from the library I have access to, locally, as shown from the highlighted button in the library panel.
