VB.NET 2019 - PS CC2020 Cannot create ActiveX component

I have successfully been using VB Scripts for several years using Visual Studio - VB.Net.

I have recently updated Photoshop from CC2019 to CC2020, my app constantly crashes with the message 'Cannot create ActiveX component'. This occurs when my code reaches -

objApp = CreateObject("Photoshop.Application").

Can anyone give me some advice please?

If I revert back to CC2019 it works perfectly.
