32-bit or 64-bit version of CFX_FMakeTree.DLL

Hello,

We migrated our site to 64-bit Windows 2008 recently. The consequence of the migration is that DLL files that were compiled in 16-bit systems would no longer work in Windows 2008 -- specifically the CFX_FMakeTree.DLL which is throwing an "unable to load library" error. Does anybody know if there's a 32-bit or 64-bit version of that DLL? If not, what are you using as a replacement? Thank you.
