Add a local server

It appears that this page (and perhaps the whole document) has not been updated for CFBuilder 2.0.1, which added support for CF10 among other things. And in particular, there's no mention of the new "CFTomcat" option for the "Application Server". Since many people report getting errors with "the server home is not valid" if they forget to change this from the default of JRun to "CFTomcat Bundle", it's particularly important that this page get updated.
