Administrator Interface

Have installed CF 8 on a W2003 Jpn box.
Since the OS is in Jpn then the admin UI is in Jpn..
Is there anyway I can change this??

I tried to change the regional settings and sort of works but during installation I get two errors and cant get the services started nort start CF admin manually..

I know easiest solution is to install 2003 in Eng but that is not an option..

Anyway I can switch the language of the admin UI???
