I am looking for a quality customer support mailing solution to be implemented within a website and need recommendations for CF8. I need a method for all emails to be accessible; incoming and outgoing. I was just attempting to use the custom CFX_IMAP4 Enterprise tag, but are running into problems. I waiting for a trouble ticket response from them, but something tells me it won't work for CF8. It was last updated in September, but for CF6!! Ridiculous.

Someone please forward me any other options I may be able to implement.

well... what are your requirements for this "customer support mailing
solution"? is it like a ticket system? why do you need IMAP support?
can't you use a database for tracking support issues?
