allow user to embed my videos

I run a small community new website and recently a bunch of visitors want to run my videos on their site.

I want to do it like the youtube embed feature but cant get it to work properly

oh...currently, Im just serving the video throught coldfusion streaming option but recently I purchase Flash Media Server...
