Are Scheduled Tasks saved in a file that can be copied easily from one server to another?

We have a multitude of Scheduled Tasks.  When moving from one server to another, we currently manually re-enter the tasks.  This is fraught with problems the least of which is my typing ability.  Are the tasks saved in an XML or other type file that I could just copy from one server to another instead of re-keying?
