Autosuggest and Validation

Hi CF Experts,

I'm using CF8's new autosuggest feature and need to validate user entry against the list of entries in the autosuggest list. How can I prevent the user from entering anything else?

I know I could do this in the action page, but the list to validate against would be very long. I'd prefer for the validation to happen right at the "point of entry". Is this possible?
