Available Software Sites is blank

When I clicked on Check For Updates, it says there are no update sites to search.  Do you wish to open the "Available Software Sites" preferences?

Once I open that, which site should I add in?

It’s an understandable source of confusion. CFBuilder is not updated using the Eclipse update feature which you are viewing. You update it using the downloads availalable here:

http://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads_updates.html#cfb2
