Azure App Service Coldfusion Server Connect from Performance Monitoring Tool

I am deploying a Docker image running Apache on top of Coldfusion to Azure App Service. I am unable to connect to the App Service Coldfusion Server from the Performance Monitoring Tool running on another machine.

Can I connect the server to port 80/443 rather than 8500 port?
