Basic Coldfsusion Blog Tutorial

Hi,

I am looking to build a blog in coldfsuion, don't want all the bells and whistles of Wordpress, just a basic blog with the ability to create posts and repspond to these posts. Has anyone written one or a tutorial about how to do it.
