Best Methon to Encrypt Session adn store/restore from SQL

Has anyone ever done this? I am using WDDX to store the data just fine, and it restores fine, it's now that I'm trying to encrypt/decrypt it as well that I'm running into all sorts of problems.. Is theer a way to use WDDX to encrypt teh data and restore it using only WDDX and not using these encrypt/descrypt tags?

So far Cold Fusion encryption is sucking bad. I can encrypt it just fine, but can't decrypt it worth a diggity.

for exampmle, now when I try and restore with WDDX I get this dandy error message

WDDX packet parse error at line 1, column 1. Content is not allowed in prolog..
