Books/Resources for DB2, Websphere?

Hi Gang-

Just started a new gig with a big company, and while I've been doing CF for over 10 years now I've got just about 0 experience with DB2 and Websphere. Can anyone suggest or recommend any good books, online resources, etc. for someone like me (GUI, IDE tools, hardly any command line experience) to get handy with these technologies and leverage my ColdFusion skills?
