Bought Standard License but showing Developer one

Hi,

A couple of days ago we bought Standard License for CF10. After implementing the serial number, Edition went from Enterprise (Trial) to Developer. After restarting the server and looking at the logs here is the message:

Starting license...

Evaluation Edition enabled

CF was installed on Linux 64bit on VM as a standalone.

Please assist.

I have checked the serial number. This is an upgrade license. Can you open the license.properties at cf_install\ColdFusion10\cfusion\lib. That should look some what like the below file:-

previous_sn=YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY

vendor=0V\=LUFWP]J(Z^V)[G?G5'C@  \n

sn=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX is the serial number you provided and previous_sn=YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY-YYYY is the previous serial number. Save the file and restart the CF service.

Login to the CF Admin to verify the Standard edition.

I restarted CF service but it's still showing Edition: Developer

Note: Previous license was Enterprise one.
