Broken CFCHART Image - Output as PDF - ColdFusion 11 Update 12

After installing the ColdFusion 11 Update 12 our CFCharts have stopped working when we use the CFDocument tag with format set to PDF. We rolled back to Update 11 and they work again. If we don't output to PDF, the charts work (as HTML).

The charts are showing up as broken images with Update 12. Any ideas?
