Bug for: HTML cfgridcolumn has a few bugs. Due to complexity of explaining, I've created some images to show the problems. Code & images are attached.

    Continuing on w/ the strangeness..  Pls see attached images.  If HTML grid/form is wrapped in a function, then hidden boolean columns will display in the grid.
