Can I install CF 9 64bit on a server running CF9 32 bit?

I mistakenly installed 32 bit version. Can I just rerun install with 64 bit version?

    I would first uninstall the 32-bit version. Restart my machine. Remove all left-over files and folders. Then install the 64-bit version.
