Can't access CF9 Administrator after hotfix install

After I installed hotfix APSB12-26 (hf900-00008), I am not able to access the coldfusion administator.  Any help is appreciated.

You might still have one trick left. To get ColdFusion to snap out of it, consider first installing Update 1 (that is, upgrading to CF9.0.1), then applying ColdFusion 9.0.1 Cumulative Hot Fix 2 and, finally, applying the hot fix APSB12-26 for ColdFusion 9.0.1 (Use "Section 2" installation instructions).
