Can we downgrade a coldfusion 11 license to a coldfusion 10 license?

Our company requires another license of Coldfusion 10 (we have a group of CF 10 servers) but it is impossible to find out in the marketplace to buy.  Our reseller said it is possible to buy a CF 11 license and then have Adobe give us a downgrade license to CF 10.  Is this true?

You can purchase ColdFusion 11 (available currently at www.adobe.com) and then request us for a copy of ColdFusion 10, through Backward Licensing Policy. We will only provide you the license key for the product requested. Media/download will not be provided by Adobe.

Note:- The product should be bought under Adobe Volume Licensing (Adobe license management, discounts | Adobe Buying Programs)

In case you have any doubts, please PM me.
