Cannot Access CF Administrator

We recently upgraded to a new web server and the CF Administrator was working a couple weeks ago. Not sure what could have happened, but we are now getting the following message:

The getAdminHash method was not found.
Either there are no methods with the specified method name and argument types, or the getAdminHash method is overloaded with argument types that ColdFusion cannot decipher reliably. ColdFusion found 0 methods that matched the provided arguments. If this is a Java object and you verified that the method exists, you may need to use the javacast function to reduce ambiguity.

We need to access the administrator. Can anyone help? We are using CF 8. Thanks.

This error typically happens when you are trying to run an old CFIDE
folder on a new server. Make sure you have cf CF8 CFIDE folder and not
    the CF7 CFIDE folder.
