Cannot download or install ColdFusion (2021 release) Update 5 from CF Admin

In the Administrator page I can see the update 5 available to download and install, but when i click the option it just stays stuck on "starting download". Does this option not work? Or what do I need to check? I don't want to install manually since I am not experienced with CF. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
