Cannot Login After ColdFusion 10 Mandatory Update

After applying the ColdFusion 10 Mandatory Update, I cannot login to CF admin on Windows XP. Says password invalid. Its not. Have run the passwordreset.bat file to no affect. This has happened on two different boxes. Problem did not occur on upgrade on Windows Server 2003.

If anyone else is experiencing this issue, let us know as we are not able to replicate it from our end. Would help to know if you applied the mandatory patch on ColdFusion 10.0/ColdFusion 10 Update 1/ColdFusion 10 Update 2?

This mandatory update was done after Update 1 and Update 2 were applied.

Trying to replicate problem with fresh install of CF 10 (developer edition). However, cannot download Update 1, getting "Error occurred while downloading the update. Failed checksum verification". This has happened both before applying the Mandatory Update and after the Mandatory Update.
