cannot run debug

Ok so I followed all the instructions in the blog post on how to setup cfbuilder with remote server and it builder is able to connect to the server fine and evertyhing seems to be working. I can open up Dreamweaver and enter the RDS settings valuesthat i plugged in here and it connects fine as well.

When i click on the debug icon in cfbuilder it gives me this error mesageabout connection time out??

Any idea what is going on here or where I should start looking?
