cant access the admin after changing IPs

We were preparing a site to go live, and on go live transferred all server IPs from old live to new box we had been developing on. Changed the domain as well, went live and cf is running but cant get to the admin

unexpected constant error #1 83 appears and cant hit the admin

    How are you hitting the admin?

    Are you trying to hit /cfide off of your main site?  Or are you trying to hit the java port (site.site.com:8300/cfide...)?  What http server are you using?

    Hitting it from site.com/cfide/administrator.

    It is our main site and we're using apache on linux
