Cant Uninstall CF2016, same issue on 3 servers

We successfully upgraded CF2016 to CF2021
Disabled services on 2016 and left it for a while.

Now when i try to do a clenaup i cant uninstall CF2016 from program files or CMD.

I was able to remove the add on service tho.

The error is

Runnig the installer again, pickups up the existng version so I cant overwrite it to repair it.

I have 3 servers like this all with same issue.

IN REGEDIT under HKLM\Software\Adobe Coldfusion, i only see A key for CF 2021 not 2016
