CAR screen in Administrative Console

The CAR archive screen is missing from my new install of Colfusion Professional. How do turn this part back on?

When you say "ColdFusion Professional" do you mean ColdFusion Standard
as opposed to CF Enterprise? The archiving functionality is only
available in CF Enterprise.

yes I meant standard, I wasn't aware that was turned off in professional. Thanks!
