Certification woes

Hi I am looking for a test centre for adobe in either the UK or south america, There was one here in bogota three years ago now it seems to have gone? Pearson vue they were called then. Has everything moved online or something? I want cf7 certification but seeing some of the posts here it seems that that is no longer available only cf8.
