CF 2023 enterprise license question

hi,

my CF 2023 enterprise license will expire on Nov. 1 2025, I am thinking not to renew because the application is schedule to move to other platform around Dec. 30 2025.

Now the question is can my CF server keep up and running until Dec. 30 2025 with expired license?
