CF 7 - W2K3 - Console window open

Hi Everyone,
I upgraded the memory on my server last night and noticed that when I plugged in a monitor to the system and logged in there is a JRun console window open. When I RDP from remote its not there. Is this normal for MX7 or is it in a debug mode or something like that? I am trying to chase down performance issues with page rendering and was wondering if perhaps the server is in some sort of debug mode.
I am using Flash Forms heavily and some of the pages are quite sluggish when loading. It is hard for me to determine if the performance issue is due to the recompilation of Flash Forms or if the server is in some sort of debug mode which may be slowing it down.
Please let me know your thoughts and thank you in advance for your assistance!
Take Care,
Ed

Check the Macromedia ColdFusion Server service and make sure "interact with desktop" is unchecked.

You wouldn't see this window when you RDP in because that is a virtual session, seperate from the console.

You might also want to make sure someone isn't starting the service manually using the jrun.exe command.
