CF 9 - CFPOD - Header doesn't display

I get a bottom, right and left border, but nothing on top of the box:

I'm using IE 8

Sorry. The message was sent before I completed it.

I'm using IE 7.

I also tried adding headerstyle, cflayout..., body - no body tag, nothing made a difference.

I don't have IE7, but it renders fine in IE8 and in IE8 in IE7 compat mode.

How does it render if you use IE8 in IE7 compat mode?
