CF Builder 2016 Won't Start

I love this product when it's working but I've had a lot of problems with it - projects not visible on Navigator panel, RDS Dataview not available anymore, etc. Right now, my main problem is that the program won't open. I've seen that I'm not the only person who has had this problem and I've tried many of the suggested fixes including renaming the workspace and opening as Admin - nothing is helping. I am working with Windows 10 OS. I'm pretty new to both ColdFusion and to pc programming in general, so if there are any suggestions, please keep them simple. Thanks.
