CF Builder Installation fails on Vista

I followed the uninstall instructions for upgrading to beta 2 from beta 1.

Uninstalled ColdFusion Builder, removed all traces of bolt install, and re-installed ColdFusion Builder.

Tried several times now, but CF perspective not available in Eclipse.  Nor is the editor, but the ColdFusion preferences still show up.

Upgrading from beta 1 to beta 2 doesn't seem to work for a lot of people (including me).  I wound up reinstalling eclipse and all of my plugins.  Workspace seemed to survive though.
